Delete Your UnblockMeVPN Account and Data

Use this page if you need a direct account-deletion guide for the UnblockMeVPN Android app or website dashboard.
1. How to request deletion
- Sign in to your account in the UnblockMeVPN app or at https://unblockmevpn.com/dashboard.html.
- Open the account dashboard.
- Select the delete account option.
- Confirm your password when prompted.
- Submit the request. The account deletion is processed immediately.
If you cannot access your account, email support@unblockmevpn.com from the address on your account and request deletion manually.
2. Data that is deleted
- Account data: username, email address, password hash, subscription fields, and server preferences.
- Payment records: payment rows tied to the account.
- Security and session data: sessions, login history, device-trial records, and config download history.
- Support/account metadata: user notes associated with the account.
- VPN access credentials: VPN certificates associated with the account are revoked.
3. Data we do not keep after deletion
When an account deletion request is completed, we do not keep the account data listed above. There is no additional retention period for those records after deletion.
4. VPN activity
UnblockMeVPN does not keep browsing logs, VPN traffic logs, DNS history, or connection activity logs tied to your account. Those records are not available to retain or delete because they are not stored in the first place.
