Terms of Service

1. Service Description

UnblockMeVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. The service is provided on a subscription basis following an optional free trial period.

2. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial does not auto-renew and no payment information is required. Only one trial per device is permitted.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are available at $20/month or $100/year. We accept card payments (via Stripe) and Bitcoin (via BTCPay Server). All payments are one-time purchases for the selected period — there is no automatic recurring billing. Your subscription is active for the period you paid for and does not auto-renew.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund at any time during your subscription period. You can request a refund directly from your dashboard — no questions asked. When you request a refund, your subscription is immediately cancelled and the full payment amount is returned to your card. Bitcoin payments cannot be automatically refunded; please contact support@unblockmevpn.com for Bitcoin refund requests. After a refund, you may resubscribe at any time.

6. Cancellation

Since subscriptions are non-recurring, no cancellation is required — your service simply expires at the end of the paid period. If you wish to stop using the service and receive a refund before expiration, use the Cancel & Refund option in your dashboard.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UnblockMeVPN to:

• Engage in any illegal activity
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to networks or systems
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute child exploitation material

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your personal data, payment records, and VPN configurations will be permanently removed. If you have an active subscription, it will be refunded before deletion.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update servers, or modify the service at any time. We are not liable for any temporary interruptions in service.

10. Limitation of Liability

UnblockMeVPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Intellectual Property

All UnblockMeVPN software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of UnblockMeVPN. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for the purpose of accessing the VPN service during your active subscription.

12. Apple App Store Terms

If you access UnblockMeVPN through an application downloaded from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and UnblockMeVPN only, not Apple Inc. UnblockMeVPN, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Your license to use the app is limited to a non-transferable license on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• UnblockMeVPN is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
• UnblockMeVPN is solely responsible for any product warranties. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• UnblockMeVPN, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession and use of the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, UnblockMeVPN, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
