- Account Information: Username, email address, and an encrypted (hashed) password when you create an account.
- Payment Information: Payment method (card or Bitcoin), transaction IDs, and amounts. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Device Fingerprint: A hashed browser fingerprint used solely to prevent trial abuse. This cannot identify you personally.
3. VPN No-Log Policy
We do not log, monitor, record, store, or share any of your VPN traffic, browsing activity, DNS queries, IP addresses, connection timestamps, or bandwidth usage. When you are connected to our VPN, your internet activity is encrypted and completely private. We have no ability to associate any specific activity with any specific user. This policy applies to all of our servers in all locations.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To process payments and activate subscriptions
- To send transactional emails (account verification, payment confirmations)
- To prevent trial abuse using device fingerprints
- To provide customer support
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share data only with:
- Stripe: For card payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Law Enforcement: Only if required by law. However, because we do not log VPN activity, we have no traffic data to provide.
6. Data Retention
Account information is retained as long as your account exists. Payment records are retained for accounting and legal compliance. When you delete your account, all personal data (account information, payment records, device trial data) is permanently removed from our systems.

- Request a full refund and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Delete your account and all associated data permanently from your dashboard

8. Cookies
